Also make sure your employer is aware of all you are going through. One other bit of advice - it's OK to cry when you are overwhelmed despite what people say about big boys don't cry - they do sometimes and it's perfectly fine to "let go" - it's therapeutic.

I'm feeling better for the moment because I got something for better sleep from my friend the cardiologist .
I think he saw I looked like a zombie (actually like shit) , the thing works good for my stress because I worked 10-12 hours a day on the new American project with in mind of what could happen with my father but actually my brain was working 24 hours a day...
But I don't care how I look , because my father is priority !
Think I'm going to sleep a lot this weekend , at least if I'm not on BP
It's really amazing to read all the concern and support that comes from the other side of the world , something like this I never received before and feels really special to me ..I told it to my mother too and she said ...
Don't forget to say thank you to your American friends !

I received also PM's from people and I don't even know them ...never saw them before on BP , but I will reply them all ...and say thank you .
