Fuck that camera shit. Should've turned the car in a different position.

One other thing, that completely sucks that the guy was unconscious. He should've felt that beating. He deserved to feel that beating.

Not saying that the guy didn't deserved that beating but the cops are suppose to act like "professionals" not like cavemen. These cops deserved to be fired AND be charged with aggravated assault.

what, should they give him a time-out?

police brutality is terrible and should be prosecuted, but this wasn't police brutality imo. more like justice
Is not up to the cops to serve justice, a judge decides what's wrong and what's right. Cops can't be above the law.

I know exactly what road that is, and drove down it 100,000 times to come to Knoxville. Of course he was black, and of course the cops beat the shit out of him. He deserved it, but they shouldnt have took it that far either.

After watching it more closely, it looked like the cops were just dusting the dirt off the guy.

i have seen this video a long time ago.. dont remember where though..

now, i cant believe that most of you say that he deserved it, or even one mentioned he should have been shot..

the police is there as i remember to protect, assist, lead people to justice.. since when is punishment the role of the police?? thats the courts job..
i hope they get kicked out and put to jail. but usually the system covers this things.. a small slap on the hand getting them fired.. maybe re hired later on another post..

there was an incident here a couple of years ago, police stopped two students a saturday night and bit the hell out of them because as they say they did not cooperate.. now the funny thing is that somebody was filming this and the police appears to beat them after they had handcuffs on.. i will try to find the video.. you know what happened to them? a money fine!!!! because the guy that had the camera was too afraid to testify and the video alone does not stand!! wonder why he was scared..

found a video.. here:

i'm sorry if i have offended you.. yes sarcasm has reached us over in Cyprus too but when all the comment are pro-police and you made your comment, it didnt seem as sarcasm. maybe you should have showed it was sarcasm by maybe using an explanation mark (!) or multiple (!!!!) to show that it was used as sarcasm. or even maybe a ( ) that is used nowadays..

Well at least its nice to see my boys on here are the sane ones. Some of you guys are fucked up. I dont even know what to say. Id say a couple of swings are fine... These guys went apeshit on him. If it were a fucking white man this would not have happened. Just reminds me of a young DJ who was shot by NYC cops because he was black and "looked like he was reaching for a gun". Officers double tapped the kid, and he was just getting his documents. If you aint white, the officer gonna be tight!

Un fucking believable what you people condone.

Edit: and home boy is dodging a spike strip. You do what you can to avoid it. Its a natural response once your in that situation.

it was reasonable for the officers to react that way, but it wasnt really legal in terms of use of force. unfortunately, the officers in this case were out of force policy but i completely see how and why they did what they did.

but i like how the video in the description of that video tries to spin it off like she wasn't guilty of driving while intoxicated and didn't deserve a DWI. he was taking her to his car = she was driving drunk.

This is the follow up, it states her DWI charge was dropped.

i'm not against the police, but whenever the police stops me (usually for alcohol test) eventhough i probably wasnt drinking, i feel uncomfortable..

one time a guy wanted to impound my car because it had 19" rims . he goes are you allowed to have 19" rims, you need a license from a mechanic. i go it comes with 19's from the factory, and i show him the signs on the door for air pressure.. then he goes, your car seems too low.. i could have impounded it but i'm gonna let you go jerk.. ssen this is a good thing i didnt get beat up

Yeah that sounds like a completely shitty situation and all, but it is completely irrelevant in a situation where we're talking about a guy who intentionally tried to run over a police officer with an automobile. Completely irrelevant although I do agree with you that in a situation like the one you described, it's sad that those events transpired like they did and cops like that should be beaten themselves.

LOL I guess SOMEBODY had to go ahead and say it.... After all, modern society is based on the strategic play of the fucking race card. They wouldn't have given a shit if he was white or black in this situation. Some situations, that argument is valid, but in a case where the dude tries to run down an officer? Get that shit out of here already. A cracker woulda got beat to.

Once again, you're looking at a video where the suspect had displayed violent aggression towars the officers, and they have every right to put him in a controllable position. They didn't beat him afterwards or anything, and it sucks that the dude cut his forehead, but really? You ever see the dude that stuck his head in a croc's mouth and then got chomped down on? Croc's fault right?

Your right, any one who aggrivates the cops is cruisn for a bruisn'. But once again, to say it correctly, the officer is less likely to "check his fire" if the person in the corsshairs is not white. Yes, cops will beat everyone down, they are hungry for power and all that fun stuff, but you can hide from what im saying. there is some truth to it.

But I feel you, its annoying to hear people play the race card. lol its not like i really care, im just speaking on the black mans behalf ahahaha

personally, I wouldnt mind being beat up by a cop. Would make for a fat fucking lawsuit, and given my lawyers, I'd be able to finally get that helicopter I always wanted. lol

a crocs natural instinct is to bite.. a police officers instinct is to beat somebody up?

they could have lift him with the force they did for him not to "fight back" but when they through him down they did it rather violently.. in other situation (i.e if the person wanst on a wheelchair) i would accept that behaviour as acceptable.. but in that situation, unless he drew a gun on them i dont excuse it..
