Did Peugeot really bring action against BMW? I find it improbable as Peugeot's trademark is for three-number names with the zero in the middle, which is why the original 911 couldn't be called 901. It wouldn't affect BMW as they wont ever make a 308 for example. How Peugeot let Ferrari have that one, but moan at Porsche for 901, I don't know.
