Yeah, I am gonna hold off and see what AA brews up. Certainly is way cheaper.

Secondary cat delete. Just did it. Small fraction of the price and sounds awesome. No need to mess with ECU. Factory already is x-pipe with resonators.

Sounds great. And that's with High flow cats. I would assume the no cat option is even more insane. And I like the unique sound of the BMW M engine rasp note

So the high flow cats are 300 cel? That sucks. I had high flow cats on my Porsche 997 C2S that were 200 cel and it did not throw any CEL.

I will soon find out if the HJS 200 cell high flow trimetal cats code. Accoding to my very reputable source, they do not. These are the same cats that do not code on the Porsches, Lambos, and Ferraris. They are HQ German manufactured units.

Yup those are the cats I had on my 997 C2S. I was running the exhaust setup from AWE.

As we speak, they are being installed..... I'll let you know. I was all set to get the A.A. setup, but the fact that there is coding stopped me. It is very very important to me to not code and to retain rear O2 operation. I am being guaranteed that the HJS will not code. In addition, the shop is local and can flash the ECU if it does code. This is really important as I do not want to R&R the exhaust and ECU come inspection time in 4 years.

We dynoed the car yesterday and with the AA airfilter and underdrive pulley, the baseline was 348-351rwhp on five runs. Lets call it 350hp.

I am getting the high flow cats, Xpipe with just resonators, and dyno tuned custom ECU flash.

So are you having new midpipes custom made from a local tuner shop using the HJS cats? If so, let me know on the quality and an approx cost if all goes well. pm me when you find out...

Question... I have the AA with no cats, that I would like to have installed this week. I will be sending my ECU to get upgraded at AA next week. I assume I'll get the CEL before that happens, but will it put the car into a "limp mode" or in someway make the car unable to be driven?
