How do you know the dealer did this? My guess is someone jacked the wheels but got spotted before they could get all 4...

Would not be surprised if someone stole the wheels. In West Palm Beach a 911 Turbo and a Panamera Turbo were driven right out of a dealer's storage lot - never to be seen again.

Don't they have a digital key like BMW/MB?
And that looks like someone needed a front wheel real bad.

Did this happen at Braman? I'm assuming the keys were left in those cars that were stolen?

From what I was told, Braman Porsche used to leave the keys in the doors of cars that were in the showroom. Someone noticed that (took the keys) and also noticed that their storage lot was wide open during the day (i.e., security was not always posted at the lot and the gates were open). So one day the thieves simply strolled into the lot, keys in hand, and drove away with both cars. I now recall that the 911 was a GT2 and not a Turbo. They also didn't have security cameras at the lot.

Those cars were probably driven to Miami or Ft. Lauderdale and loaded onto containers. What's funny is that the theft was not noticed for a couple of days and that no one at the dealer raised any concern that the keys to those cars had disappeared. You'd think that they would have gone through each car each evening to make sure the keys were not missing before locking them up.

To me. If it got stolen i think they would have threw rims on it an took it to the back till things were sorted out. But it looks like it was done by them because it stayed there for that whole day and probably more..

Wow, I was just at Braman this week randomly looking at the new 6 series there. I can't believe keys were left in the cars. I guess they are just used to all the wealthy palm beachers buying and then driving the cars off the lot the same day.
