I have not had the chance to hear what the GruppeM sounds like with an Eisenmann system. Maybe will have to try out this setup out

For the remap I recommend waiting to see what Sean@D/A has in the works.

Just installed the Eisenmann M3 Race Performance Exhaust from Nate at IND and it sounds awsome. The YouTube video's don't do this exhaust justice. Now my M3 finally has a great low end grumble and rises in intensity as the revs increase. I have the Dinan cat back exhaust on my 540i and it pales in comparison to the visceral sound that now comes from my M3. The tips are a beautiful stainless and are larger in diameter than stock. They fill up the space perfectly. The service from Nate was spectacular. If you're looking for a great easy mod to your M don't hesitate call Nate!

No need. We still have the primary cats. We deleted the secondary cats.

I don't take delivery until late July, so it aint like I can get down there and look!

Edit: I have run "bypass pipes" on my GT3 and LOVED it to death. Basically, it is a total muffler delete. There are no other sound devices on the GT3 like resonators, etc. So once you remove the mufflers and install the bypass pipes, it fricken rocks! The only thing that deadens the sound at all is the cats...and that is minimal. I can't wait for the X-pipe and race mufflers... woo hoo!

Just FYI...thought I would share!

Early congrats on the M3. Got any photos of the GT3

There are no sensors on the secondary cats. You can simply remove them.

That is good news! I will prolly go that route when the time comes.
