Garage List
2008 E90 M3  [0.00]
Condition: Used
Milage: 12 miles.

One of these two lines aren't right. I would guess the later, and in that case maybe 10k off MSRP is about right? Did see the pic of the odometer. But who trades a car after 12 miles?

If you're serious, pay for a carfax scan, it'll tell you everything. Maybe the buyer impulsively bought the car, then after 10 minutes, decided that the car wasn't doing it for him

It doesn't seem to be a scam, and the car's still new. I've called him. He is not an official BMW dealer, though (not that it really matters). It's on MSO (manufacturer's statement of origin) so technically it's new but it's been titled by a broker for resale. The GGT has been paid and the broker obviously has factored that into the price. For all intents and purposes, it's a new car for $10k under.

That's pretty much the going rate for sedans at this point. I've heard of a dealer offering $10k off sedans. This is definitely the best price on a coupe that I've seen so far. I think he'd take less, too. That car has been sitting for a bit.

i really dont think that 10k off sedans is the going rate these days, perhaps when 09's hit dealers, but not right now. maybe it's one of the damaged m3's from that boat mishap, but for that to not sell instantly at that price, something can't be right.

Nope, it's actually pretty close to the going rate on eBay for loaded sedans. They aren't selling very well and the fact that the 2009 facelift has been announced with a new iDrive and updated rear fascia doesnt' help things either. It's also loaded, and I'm sure if the car had fewer options it wouldn't be selling for such a large discount.

uh, one example of 10k off doesnt mean it's the going rate. i've been following pretty closely and i've only seen one, which was from rollin motors too anyways. what i really do find curious is that no one has taken the chance at 10k off for a coupe.
