I've ordered the one for the E93. We'll see if it fits on my E92. If not, I'll put it in the wife's vert. It's on backorder until April 4 and will report back if it works.

I just installed that 1st aid kit on my E86 M Coupe. #3 the mounting bracket was available for order from my local dealer. Ordered it 2 Saturday ago, and picked it up last Saturday (was ready on Wednesday). About $10 w/ BMW CCA discount. Painful trying to install it, but that car really has no storage, so adding that is a big plus.
You can also order the entire thing from leatherZ.

Update
Unfortunately the parts won't fit an E92. There is a box under the seat than gets in the way of the mounting bracket. The actual box would fit but if your seat is in the lowest position, it is a tight fit.
I haven't decided whether to put it into the wife's E93 but certainly others should not order it for an E92. |

Would you mind photographing the seats to illustrate the issue?

Sorry - haven't had time to try to install this in my wife's vert or take pictures.
It will fit in the vert. There are even holes in a bar under the seat for the bracket to screw into. It does not fit in the coupe. I'm on the fence as to whether to install this since we are considering replacing the wife's car. If anyone is interested in picking up a kit that includes the bracket, screws, under seat box and first aid kit, PM me. Bought for $118, will sell for much less. |

If you do European Delivery, the tray is included along with the warning triangle with the car, let me know if anyone want a pic for E93

So I ordered this same kit from ECS Tuning: http://www.ecstuning.com/Search/ES19...372/ES1928372/ The bracket will not natively fit the e90 sedan. There are 2 changes that need to be made for the bracket in order to fit under the passenger's seat. 1. You need to relocate the control module for the heated seats. The easiest way to do this is to cut the screws (they are top mounted) and move the module to the back and screw it in (bottom mounted). 2. The bracket needs to be shaved down to properly fit. Even with it attached, the seat can not go 100% of the way down--probably about 97%. If you have a 6'8" passenger, this might be an issue. For everyone else, it's perfect... Will post some more pictures when I dig them off the camera. |
