CIC upgrade
Has anyone here in The PNW done the CIC upgrade? I have the old CCC and have been spoiled with my previous iDrive. I've been reading the DIY threads but thought I'd check to see if anyone can do it before I attempt to do it myself. Call me lazy, but I'd hate to reinvent the wheel if I didn't have to. Thanks in advance.

thanks for the encouragement. I got a quote from bimmer tech $1,599 for the kit and $295 for the iDrive controller. Is this all I need? Also, the quote is for the PnP activation. What is the difference between PnP & OEM? thanks in advance.
