Will M6 original rims fit my car?

HI everyone, I`m new to the forum. I was a member of the e46 fanatics and a member at bimmerforums. Just upgraded to a new 08 328xi Alpine white. I use to own a 01 325ci coupe. Ok so I have a chance to buy M6 original BMW rims with tires for cheap. Would they fit my car? I was told only the replicas will. Thanks for the help.

Offsets are way, way off. Only reps will fit.
