Pieces of plastic/metal under leather seats
I just noticed in my passenger side seat a small-ish piece of either plastic or metal in the shape of a baby spoon under the leather. It's in the part of the seat closest to the back rest. When I run my fingers over the leather, I can feel it. Luckily none of my passengers feel anything because it's far back enough as not to touch their bottom, however, it's starting to make a very minor indentation in the leather
I'm guessing it might be wiring or ?? Anyone else notice this? |

Heater wiring. I can feel them in both seats. Crappy workmanship IMO. But my black leather is thick enough they're hardly noticeable. And since they're behind your buttocks, you can't feel them.

After searching some more, there is a SIB on this problem:
http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=346929 Apparently it's a sensor that comes loose in heated seats. |
