+1 same here, going to the gym at least 3 times a week, though only started last year, but I feel that I got SO MUCH out of it, feeling good all the time, more energetic, and plus, you look good hehe

Been working out religiously since about 18. Compete in powerlifting periodically. Have backed off training as much in the past few years. Couldn't do without it but don't go so crazy about it anymore either. I save that for tracking my car now.

Religiously since my arrival on Parris island on September 3rd 1997. Over the years I went from 5'8 140lbs to 205lbs and lean. I'm in the gym 4 times a week tearing it up like I'm Spartacus. The gym is my place of worship.

Dude that's a small waist for 205. I haven't been 30 since I weighed around 160 maybe less.

Also a workout enthousiast here! Been training with up and dows for a long time.

Have a pretty big home gym with lot of homemade equipment.

Love working out, makes me feel good...

Difficult to stay motivated though and don't drink too much alcohol in the weekends ;-)

Grtz. from Belgium

Which is exactly right. I'm 5'8 and 205lbs and I haven't seen a 30in waist since I was about 18 and 145lbs. Problem is that most people have no idea how to measure their waist. Proper way to measure is right around the bellybutton area, WITHOUT SUCKING IN. There is no way to have a waist that small and be 205lbs, unless you have nearly zero lower back development and you suck in your stomach while you measure. My waist is 33in and I'm a pretty lean guy.

Non smoker, eat right, excersise, play competitive/organized baseball, and basketball. 6'2, 218 lbs. After playing, my body is full of aches, and pain. But I love it.

Work out a local PT gym or I bike. One or the other at least 6 days a week.

At the gym I use free weights, machine, tread mills and elliptically. On the bike I usually do 40 miles non stop.

Took 5 years to dropped my weight from 230# to 175#. I have held this weight for the last 10 years.

I am 64, 5' 11" and my waist fluctuates between 32 & 33"

Most people think I am in my late 40's!

Firmly believe " you are what you eat" and also how much you eat.

I avoid any food with refined sugar in it.

I need to stay thin to be able to fit into my Z4

Word! I'm 5'7" 175 with 32" waist and work out like a beast 6 days a week. I guess every ones definition of "lean" differs dramatically.

Keep up the good work! I'm a PA native and Lord knows we can use all the fit people we can get to help balance out the states health scale.

I go to the gym at least 4 days a week. I used to be "lean" and even raced mountain bikes locally but due to 4 years of back and knee injuries i gained a lot of weight. Its been a little less than 10 months since i started getting myself back in shape and im down over 35lbs. I started training on bikes again and started lifting. No real point to this post other than i havent felt this good in years haha

I just went this morning. 3-4 times a week. It's tough since I travel a lot. But, I'm 46, 5'10", 183lbs. and a 32 inch waist. And abs like a 20 year old. 2 slipped discs in my back, so I do a ton of core work so I avoid surgery. All from soccer injuries. Sucks to get old!
