Pic Request: Cyba Black Chrome Exhaust Tips

Just as the title states.

I wasn't able to find photos of Cyba's black chrome exhaust tips installed on the OEM exhaust, just pics of EAS' polished, ceramic coated, and even Cyba titanium tips.

If you could help out that would be great!

Thanks.

Does Cyba now offer black tips for the e9x M3? Can someone share a link or further details? My searching hasn't been able to find anything.

Thanks TiAgUSMC, but those look like slanted tip and rolled black chrome. Sorry for not being specific.

I was looking for photos of the straight cut single-wall black chrome tips.

These are the tips:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/BMW-E90-E92-...id%3D100276%26

There are photos in the eBay listing, but I was hoping for some better pics from different angles.

The edition tips used to be less expensive. Now I heard they are over $300. If they dropped in price again, that would be the move.

Good note on thermal coating. I had these tips on my old oem modded muffler. New unit has been full ceramic coated. Matte can, gloss tips.

OP - if you're in the LA area, my guy will do the whole thing for $100.

Thanks, but i'm all the way in Atlanta. I went with the Cyba black-chrome 80mm single wall tips. Going to update this thread once it's on my car.

I was just looking at these tips the other day. A cheaper alternative compared to the black EAS tips. Although they don't offer a shorter tip like EAS does for the E90. I wonder how the E92 tips would look on an E90.

I already have those Cyba tips in hand. They are pretty nice quality.

Please post pics when they are installed. I was looking at these same tips and wondered how they would sit on an E90 with a diffuser. Is your car sedan or coupe? Again, definitely post pics. i was going to go with the EAS tips but i am not paying $375 for some cylindrical pieces of metal when i can get the same thing for $220

I have the EAS tips, I believe they were $250?

One a side note I do like the larger tips but I would have preferred thicker tips as well, eg double walled tips.

The polished tips are $250, but they charge a hefty premium for the black ones ($375). I am trying to get rid of what little chrome or polished parts my car has for black (black grills, black wheels, black ///M3 emblem, black exhaust tips. I just can't see paying almost $400 for some exhaust tips. Even $250 is a little steep, but I would pay that at an absolute maximum

EDIT: On the single vs double walled tips, I kind of like the thinner, single walled tips. Do they look cheaper? I guess that is subjective and a matter of opinion, but I do think they look better for some reason.

^Those are the ones from the Ebay ad, correct? I definitely am thinking about going that route, but kind of want to get a diffuser first/at the same time.
