Yeah, I did not mean going all the way out on the entrance - about 1/2 way in to the point the track starts to slope to the outside. There are too much marbles there to be dangerous anyway.

Since everyone is posting videos, here is what I meant about turn 4.

It was the session after I almost got launched off the turn 5a after brakes overheated, which cased major testicle shrinkage (short term ) and earlier braking points, which caused a bit earlier turn-in than I normally do in some turns. But that's the only session I had the camera rolling. So I normally do turn 4 like this but with braking and turn in few meters later.

Great videos!

I was at Mosport too, but on Monday.
My first track day this season and I was a little rusty but had a lot of fun chasing a GT3RS 4.0
Duncan and Max, I know you guys have DCT like me, what gear are you using out of 5B? I'm using 3rd, but I'm thinking 2nd would be even quicker.

My video chasing the 4.0 below. Please let me know what I can improve on.

I cannot really see much of the track to see your line because of the glare on your video.I use 2nd gear entering 5b to the exit where I grab 3rd.I am only in second gear for a couple of seconds.I really square the line up exiting 5b to get a good launch up the straight which also helps with reducing wheelspin.I get into 5th about 1/2 way up the straight and at the crest before braking for corner 8 my shift lights start to flash.Downshift to 4th entering 8 and 3rd entering 9 and back into 4th exiting 10 till corner 3 where I downshift to 3rd once again and back to 4th down to corner 5..

Same gearing for me. I use 2nd our of 5b, but I used to use 3rd for a long time. Grabbing second makes it more difficult to control rotation on entry and exit (trailing oversteer can be an issue on entry and some wheelspin on exit), but once you get it, it's fun. I like how rear wiggles a bit on 2-3 shift.

When I first got this car, I used to do the whole track on 4th gear to learn the line - got to love the rev range.

I'm going for 3 days (June 1-3) with Trillium. I signed up for a Solo group, which means 4 45-minute sessions on Friday and 7 25-minute sessions a day on Sat & Sun (half with A group, half with instructors). Makes it a good value for the money. I will probably get sick of driving during 3 days, but that's my last even till end of July (WGI).
