previous boss takes his 750 there and hates the service people. i've heard a number of horror stories from other people in that area which are basically stay away from their service department. someone I knew lived in the crosswicks area and would drive all the way to open road in edison to get service done. princeton sales on the other hand are supposed to be very good.
i use open road since everyone i've talked to speaks so highly of them. i've only had one serivce but it was painless... |

As for the OP's question, I live right next to Princeton BMW and go there for service. I haven't had any issues with their service department (my SA is Glen) and they've gone out of their way to fix rattling noises and other complaints of mine before. I've heard Lew is the best SA because he doesn't care if you have a modded car and if I had the choice, I would work with Lew. However, I know Glen's technician's son so my technician ignores my mods too. My 335i was very heavily modded and they never blamed anything on the mods, and now same with my M3. My only gripe is that it's the biggest PITA to get a hold of Glen and he is terrible at returning phone calls, but I feel like all SA's are like that unfortunately. With that being said, if you decide to go to Princeton, I would ask for Lew.

I used to drive to Open Road (45 Minutes away as opposed to a 10 minute drive) for my service. Their service department is horrible and the people who work there are arrogant. I now go to DeSimone in Mt. Laurel. I have had nothing but good experiences with their service department and would recommend them.

i've dealt with princeton bmw once for service, their service center is far from their sales center, but in short, i had a good experience there.
