Where to get an affordable tint in the bay area?

Hey guys im looking for a place, preferably east bay, that can tint everything on the e92 including the windshield. Id want a 65 on the windshield and a 35 all around with a quality product. The price range im looking for is 250-400. Any input would be appreciated thanks. (and I did search prior to this post)
