for one, the lights will be angled reversed. Meaning in the US, our left lights are slightly down to not blind traffic and the right ones are lsightly up for street signs; these will be the opposite

Those are E92 LCI headlights. It will not work on the M3.

This statement is only true for UK models, and even then, only half-accurate.
