Angry Some Jerk decided to......

rip off my passenger side view mirror while my car was parked. Its Alpine White. Where can I buy one of these? Does anyone have an extra in perfect condition? The black base part seems intact. Thanks!

Do you mean they pulled the white cap off the mirror? That is a quick snap on/snap off piece.

you're gonna need to buy that from the dealer...and have it painted! Or buy a carbon fiber replacement set...BMW makes them...or you can get a set from a number of forum vendors.

so where can i buy just a brand new set of carbon fiber or does it make sense just to buy the passenger side mirror and then buy the carbon covers? The dealer wants like $900 for the mirror and housing unpainted!

I had this happen to a '99 M as well. Someone jacked both of the mirrors while it was parked in Boston. I bet it was to put them on a honda civic too. Some people...
