BMW Canada Complaint
I know a few of you guys have had your fair bit of problems with BMW and I'm wondering who do I address these issues with? Are you sending e-mails or calling, and who are you e-mailing or calling?
I've just had a recent issues with service and I've quite honestly had enough. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

ALM3 (Al) should have a contact name for BMW Canada from when he had the valve spring issue

i called an emailed them twice, and they essentially emailed me and called me back to say its not their responsibility but my dealerships...
this was for missing things and poor service.
