M diesel?

At least it'll have a lot of torque.

M diesel? Does Zam Wesell drive an M Diesel?

How bout an M Hybrid or M PHEV or even an M EV? Or an M powered by the sun?

Also this reasoning is complete BS:

"Firstly the Z4 is definitely not getting M treatment. The reasons put forward are that it is such a heavy car that tuning it for performance with the 309kW (420hp) 4.0-litre V8 would position it too closely to the M3 Convertible."

It doesn't even make sense. The old Z4 M convertible performed almost the same as the E46 M3 convertible (on the spec sheet anyway) and they still produced both.

M as in Marketing
They cancelled all the good M's (M coupe, CSL, EVO)
They will now focus on SUV's... I guess that they will slap some ///M badges on the X1 soon or later.

M Diesel? Meh. I was happy to see talk of the ///M Prius in that link: "Battery-assisted performance is something we're looking into..."

///M Prius! There's a car I really want!
