Front strut bar

Anybody notice in the pictures that the front strut bar is not a 3 point bar like in the 5/6 series? It is two seperate pieces. Is this better? Worse? Makes no difference?

The configuration looks the same--triangulated to the firewall. Do you mean the bolted joints in each bar? Looks like they're ther to allow removal since the back connection is buried. Depends on how rigid the connection is, but I'm sure the engineers have thought it out.

That's what I saw too. That both pieces come to the firewall however what I meant was that they are two seperate pieces instead of one piece. I was wondering if this was better and if so why it would be.
