Anyone with EDC opt for coils? Any regrets?

My car has EDC and I'm trying to figure out if I want to take the plunge and go for the coils despite it erasing an option I payed good money for.

So if anyone has done coilovers with EDC, I'm wondering if you have any regrets after doing this.

Also, I've read that springs cause a pre-mature wear on the shocks. Is this the case with coils as well or no?

Anyway, just looking for some input, maybe I'll keep waiting and the coilover that works with EDC will come out.

Thanks

KW makes their V3 system for cars with EDC so you do have an option out there but it does eliminate the EDC functionality.

Coilovers are a complete spring and shock replacement so you do not have to worry about the shocks prematurely wearing as you replace them entirely.
