I HEARD this guy with a blue one, apparently mint, has one for sale, but not cheap at apparently around HK$200k. Will ask for you and PM you if its true.

Agree with the Z3M rear comments. I actually like the rear ends more than the front ends for both the Z3M and Z4M.

You got a very nice Z4M coupe there! You guys are all giving me lots of ideas on how to mod mine - was trying to keep it original lol

Thanks. If you don't mind, can you tell me how much you got it for in PM? actually tried the blue one and it is indeed mint but was selling at much more than $200k when I tried it about 1 year ago so I didn't bother.

I have had both M roadsters, the 6 and 8 cylinder M3's but nothing has brought more attention than my 2012 Z4 3.5is M Roadster Prototype. Take a look at my album and let me know what you think.

??? No such thing. If there was an E89 M Roadster it would have used the E92 M3's V8 following the past convention. I wish such a beast would have happened but alas no dice...

Considering the Z4 is probably an endangered species, we may never see that):

@Scott123 - Dude, I applaud your personalization of your car. It's your car and you get to do to it what you want. But that car did not come from the factory as a "M" roadster. It had some "M" features and that does not qualify it as a "M" IMHO. When BMW does come out with a "M" E89 roadster, it better have more than just the 35is in it. I would hope they do a 425 horse monster of some kind along with lowering it, getting rid of the fat rear end and the hard top convertible mess.

I happen to love the "hard top convertible mess", as do most E89 owners!

Well of course you do, why else would you buy it!

That's the reason I skipped on it and found a older 08 M instead of buying the new 35is when it hit my dealers show room. There are many features on the E89 that I like, the two that I don't are just as I said, not a hard top convertible fan and I think the back end ain't right. Loved the power, love the look from the front. Hey, if they made the car for everyone, we would all be driving the same damn thing.

Now if they actually do ever make a real "M" E89 I will go take a look at it, then it might be time to trade.

My point about Scott's ride is that "It is not a M" and too many folks claim to have them when in fact they are not. What he did to his car is cheesy IMHO.

It's factory. A lot of two tones were available, black/gray, black/laguna, black estoril+couple more rare ones like black/Kyama.

Both cars look gorgeous.

In the first shot of their rears, the Z3M actually looks wider than the Z4M, even though the E85 is 1.5" wider.

Awesome photoshoot nonetheless.

P.S. If these were coupes, the E85 would win hands down, always loved the shape of it, especially with the CSL-style trunk standard. The Z3M gets points for originality though haha, but I was never thought the clown-shoe look was sexy... lol

Agreed. This is gorgeous, love the MORR's and all the mods you've done.

My favorite part of the coupe is the sloping roofline, that beautifully flows into the trunk, creating a subtle CSL-trunk/spoiler

Each to their own opinion...

The GT looks bad stock I know, but modded it is a different story. And that doesn't mean I can't like the Z4 couple... hehe
