Not positive, but the word is GIAC will have a tune in the near future.

Read his post. PG gained 28rwhp with the flash only. He did a baseline without it, then one afterwards. His baseline already included mods like the pulley. In other words, his AA tune added 28rwhp ALONE.

There's a few others around - Wetterauer (I'd recommend them, I had a V8 RS4 tune from them that was very good), Turner Motorsport, Noelle...

I wish someone would come out with a tune system like COBB Tuning AccessPORT handheld ECU management system. Something handheld and self contained that you could plug into your OBDII Port and upload the tune. Then, before going to the dealership you can take the tune off the ECU and replace after the Dealership visit. It would alleviate the need for removing the ECU and having it sent off for programming or reprogramming if the Dealership rewrites the ECU and would allow for tuners to release revised tuning settings and maps for our cars that we could just download and self install.
I know Trey and Christian at COBB pretty well, I just wished they did BMWs. Maybe a wise BMW tuner should talk to them about a partnership to get their AccessPORT out for our cars (hint, hint) |

The difference is talking about what gains you'll get on a stock vehicle vs. a modified vehicle.

He didn't have many mods. I think he just had the pulley, Gruppe intake and maybe exhaust. The intake only added a couple hp, and if you're doing a chip, you might as well get a pulley and exhaust, no?
