Compared to the stock 18" wheels, the backspacing of a 10.5et22 will be ~0.7" closer to the F strut (wheel only...tire sidewall will increase the backspacing, decrease clearance). I do not know if the GC threaded sleeve and lower spring seat/collars reduce the clearance between the stock F strut and tire/wheel?
I'm running a 9.5et23 with a 255 tire (had clearance issues with my old suspension setup) and I have plenty of clearance - ~0.3-0.4". I'll try to measure the actual clearance later today. Even if the 10.5et22 does fit, don't be surprised if you get slight rubbing on the inner fender liner when the front wheels are turned. |

I can tell you that my 18x10 et25 square setup with 275's rubs in the front slightly without a 5mm spacer (with KW CS). With the spacer I have just a couple mm clearance, but it works.

I do not think that a 10.5 with a +22 offset will work in the front. Even a 9.5 +22 is typically close to a height adjustable suspension, and does not have a huge amount of space between the fender as well.
A 10.5 +22 wheel would give you ~12.5mm less space on the inside and outside than a 9.5 +22, which from what I've seen is not available on an E9x M3.

I'd like to get some more information on this as well. I may be attempting to fit an 18x10.5 +25 wheel with a 275/35 NT01 on the front.

UPDATE: With my KW sleeve kit, I have to run a 5mm spacer to fit 10.5 +25mm with a 275 RS3. They also clear the fender with "as-is" camber of ~1.7*.
This is not the case with Clubsports.
