Turbo or Supercharge?

Hey guys.
What is the way to go?
My friend tells me turbo, but I hear the supercharger technology has been getting better and better

Depends on how much you want to spend. I think turbos are twice as much as superchargers. With a good amount of torque already, I went with SCing the M3.

There are several supercharger options -- centrifugals from AA, Evolve, ESS and VF Engineering, and a positive displacement from Harrop. There is only one turbo system, and only a few turbo S65 using it in the US, from Gintani, and it costs twice as much as the supercharger kits.

I like turbos, though, and wish the price was lower and it was easy and cheaper to lower compression and change to stronger rods and pistons. I have had both a centrifugal supercharger and a turbo on my E36 M3 and prefer the turbo.

There's that top mounted one that is said to be in the tuning phase as well.

Proper Turbo would require much stronger internals($$).
Centrifugal blowers are very low boost until you get into it and a very reliable.

Probably better to get a new M3/M4 with all the built internals and then boost away!
