Alternate exterior colours

Hi all
Quick question regarding standard exterior colours. Do you know if its possible to get an exterior colour not standard for a particular model. I'm ordering a Deep Sea Blue X1 and would like the Imperial Blue metallic reserved for the 5 and 7 series.
Does any know if this is possible? Has anyone done anything similar and do you mind me asking how much it cost?
I'm in Australia also by the way, and not sure this would be possible here down under

BMW Individual, at least here in the states. Your dealership should be able to help you out with options and prices.

Unfortunately we don't have BMW Individual for all models here in Aus (I just looked it up), and not for the X1 unfortunately. You can't get BMW individual for the 7 series, but you can for the 3 series, odd huh?

Well at least you have koala bears.

There used to be a short list of extra interior and exterior colors available for most models, but you had to go to the dealer and have them check. In some markets (the middle east) they might offer any color you want for a very steep fee.
