Rough start with new gas

Every time I fill the car up with gas, either partially or all the way up, it has a hard time starting and occasionally will go into limp mode. Any idea on what it could be? Idle control valve, fuel breather valve or plugs were my first thoughts.

Thanks in advance

I'd start with either the fuel breather valve or the low pressure fuel sensor near the left strut tower
