* Can you verify it is for E90 Sedan
* Driver side or passenger side?
* Seems the front lower outer mounting hardware / loop is missing or at least not shown in photos

This is for the coupe 2 door.

It is driver side.

Nothing is missing on this item, the loop belt attaches on the OEM seat belt mount on the floor.
