According to the top secret formula car value gurus, each Super designation increases the value to the stratospheric level. Actually the true value of this isn't $299,950, it's really around the $500,000-$600,000 mark. Don't forget that whooping 150lb savings AND a 0-60 mark of an insane 4.4 seconds...just think about the cars you could blow the doors off wIth that time...
I'm thinking someone in here should write a check quick before you get into a bidding war should this insider information ever get out to the real collectors....

It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. It is indeed a rare bird but a super wealthy car person like Jay Leno, or a person from the UAE etc. might pony up for it.

Looks like it still has the shipping blocks on up front...or it's the even rarer 4WD version of the e90M3CRT

That doesn't have the GTS OEM strocker engine, does it ? If it did $300k seems right with the exclusivity of a low mileage special model now legendary. But CRT or that Lime rock edition were lame marketing ploy by BMW with just a tune, some minor cosmetics and maybe brake upgrade ? (not even, for the LRE) . I remember thinking wtf is bmw marketing kinding, lowered my view of them.

So here's my perspective, humor aside. I don't care what engine it comes with...when you strip away all the hype and the "rare" BS, it's still a e9x with improved performance. My ego is well developed enough that I don't need to own something that is 1 of 67 to feel good. For $300k, there are quite a few other cars that I'd buy instead of that one. To each their own is my motto...I buy what I like rather than buy it to show it off to others.

It's not a car as in something people would drive. Given it's rarity, it's an item a collector will buy and keep in their collection.

You're paying for the exclusivity and the combo of a GTS engine and the lightweight carbon technology that isn't on any other M3.

well, that changes a lot of things. Puts it in the GT3 price range + the rarity factor adds a premium. I'll say the price is absolutely right because someone in Dubai or UAE is bound to snatch it as an exciting addition to their exotic fleet.
