Thoughts on this e90??

Hey guys, love this forum so looking at purchasing this e90 here in naples.

went and saw the car it is in absolute perfect condition.. so my worries are

1. Price seems high. (Understand adv.1 wheels are expensive..) but shouldn't drive the value up. (don't think dealer has stock either)

2. I would be 3rd owner.

3. Would like to purchase CPO (tired to get prices from ft myers BMW and no one calls back.. and the naples guy is never at his desk)

what do you guys think? did notice where a active autowerke sticker was on the windshield and had been removed. I just want to get a good e90. Maybe some of you recognize it and can give some info.
