19 inch OEM wheels sell or keep?

Hey everyone,
Newbie with a few questions for you,

1. Has anyone debated about selling their 19" OEMs for something else? I can sell mine but I just haven't found anything in my price range that looks any better. I love the 360 Mesh 8's but they're way out of my range. In fact anything great is over $4000 while my budget is $2500. So I'm thinking of just keeping the 19" lowering and adding spacers. Anybody have the same dilemma?

2. Will the resale value go down if you trade or sell vehicale without OEM wheels?

Looks are subjective unless it is the new Acura or the Aztec. Personally I like it but there are better looking one for sure but with a price penalty. This will tell you that the OEM 19 is that nice looking set when it will cost you a huge amount to replace it.

The stock 19 is a beautiful wheel.

I changed not because I didn't like them but to look different and to go to wider tires.

Lower and enjoy them for a while and before you know it your wheel budget will be larger. When that time comes, sell your OEM's, and move to something else.

As far as resale value, wheels are a small part of it. The hit you are taking on the car now is already large, the wheels will look a small drop in comparison.

the stock 19s are probably the best bang for the buck for forged wheels. most people sell the entire 19 tire and wheel package for $2k, which isn't enough to even buy a set of aftermarket forged wheels which usually cost $3k+.
