It's about a 750-800 mile/11-12 hr trip from our area. We should head down on a Friday, and like you said spend the night, and hit the roads in the morning. Either way, this will be EPIC.

While we're down there, we might as well do the the Smoky Mountains Loop (highlighted in yellow) & Dragon/Cherohala Loop (highlighted in purple).

What caught my eye is the Little River Road portion of the Smoky Mountains Loop, look at those curves....

Epic PJ! I think the regional BMWCCA may have some suggested routes for us. I met one of their guys at Bimmerfest and he offered to give some guidance if needed.

Yeah definitely, feedback/guidance is always appreciated. We should hit them up first. All in all looks like we're set for a 2000 mile roundtrip.

We could all stay at the same hotel and if anyone wants their car trailered back and forth (like maybe meeeee) we could get a group deal on transport.
