Does anyone know this car in Miami?

I'm thinking about buying an e90 in Miami but I live about 12 hrs away. Does anyone know this car, or would someone nearby (I have no idea how big Miami is) mind checking it out for me before I make the trek this weekend?

I only plan to keep it until I find the exact car I want (I'm in a rental right now) so hoping it's in great shape for me and for resale...
