19" Front and Rear Offset Question

Got a question that I'm sure someone here can answer for me. I am about to purchase a set of 19" wheels for my 99 e38 740iL and wanted to make sure that I was going to have the correct offsets for front and rear.

I was looking at putting 235/35ZR19 on a 19"x8.5" with a +15 offset and the rear 265/30/ZR19 on a 19"x9.5" with a +30 offset. I'm not familiar with offsetting but I wanted to make sure that I would get any rubbing from either front or rear. Is there a better offset that I could use without causing fender rubbing or strut rubbing? Or is this setup good?
