Can I bring my e90 back to Aus and have the LHD converted to RHD?
Hi all,
I'm currently living in the USA and picked up a e90 while here. Does anyone know of any workshops able to convert it to RHD should I bring it back under the personal import scheme? |

It's not going to be worth it. You might be able to keep it LHD (I think in WA you can have LHD cars?).
I'd sell it and try and buy another one here, if you can.

Hi Pjd,
I'm pretty sure depending on the state you can't import and alter a LHD to RHD car if the car is available for purchase in OZ (which in your case it is). Check here for QLD: http://www.tmr.qld.gov.au/Registrati...-vehicles.aspx Cheers, Zender.

A ton of money for no gain. Might as well sell yours and get a RHD if you want it that badly.
