M3 New Owner

Finally got pictures up of my m3 with OSS designs head lights. Was debating between a 911 S or this but ended up with the M3! Been reading a lot on mid pipes and test pipes. Was considering getting the test pipe with tune but will that let me pass inspections in Texas? Thanks!
