John Kang update
The original thread this is related to, is closed. Never the less i feel it is my responsibility to offer some new enlightenment on the matter in order that anyone searching in the future about this character/scam artist will have additional details for themselves, in the hope they dont get burned financially.
Original thread: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=171815 Ill try to keep this short and too the point. In June of 2010 John Kang contacted us for "Web Development" of a site where he could sell his supposed inventory of 'High End" auto-mobiles. We talked on the phone for 10-15min then followed up with emails. During our conversation nothing he said added up. He contradicted himself 7 times. His story sounded like a load of "BigShot" BS. He was all over the place attempting to come across as Houstons #1 VIP. I knew something was up right away, but went along with him just for the sake of being professional at first. On the phone he claimed he just paid $1,000,000.00 for a Car Lot in Houston. He said he was 'well known' in the community as a legit, straight up, no BS salesman, and was finally venturing off into his own dealership, with the support and backing of the community. So he 'let' us have his 'private email' where we could get ahold of him anytime. lol? Since when have there ever been 'public' and 'private' emails? All emails are private, because you're the only one who reads them. (just one example of how this character tried to act like a bigshot) He sent us examples of a few websites he really liked. One of those websites was the 10yr old outdated www.lamborghinihouston.com where apparently he worked for a period of time as a Rep. Never mentioning he worked for them during any of our conversations. I think he was quickly fired after his name was tarnished all over Europe and America during the Eisenmann GmbH incident. lamborghinihouston.com doesnt have John Kang listed as one of their sales reps, but another site that list lamborghini dealers in America, does. http://www.lambocars.com/dealer.htm John Kang refused to send any photos of his New Car Lot, The Lobby, Auto Inventory, Logo, or anything else to give us a better idea about his company. Instead he told us we could "just search google for pictures". He wanted to take his eBay sales page to a new level. He asked for a quote over the phone. We gave him a rough quote of $1200-1500, due to the lack of any real information he provided. He liked the quote, so we continued via email. Two days later, after a further in-depth review i gave him a final quote of $3,000. He didnt like that at all. He said 'its out of my budget, you said $1200 on the phone'. I said thats fine, we can work with you and figure something out. He never replied back. I thought to myself, how can someone recently buy a million dollar car lot, packed full of Lamborghini's and Porsches, own 'private' emails (), yet unable to afford a measly $3k for a state of the art website? I said you're full of crap arnt you? you dont really sell Lamborghini's. I've been doing this long enough to know when someones a flake. I flat out asked him. He said "honestly, you're not good enough... i just paid $15k to RETNA Media, Inc". A company in houston who he claimed was paid to place Local Billboards, Print Ads, a Website and Advertising. The whole package! This was days after he told us $3k was out of his budget. So which is it? Does 3k break your budget, or did you pay $15k to another company? More contradiction. 4 months have past. His website www.houston-motorcars.com, is exactly the same as it was when he originally contacted us. I said i'd check it out in a few months to see how a $15k website looks like... low and behold, it was never made. What a surprise. Another big lie. Basically i forgot about the guy over the summer. I knew he was full of crap, but didnt realize, or care, to check how far down the rabbit hole went. Something about his "Big Shot", "VIP", "You're not good enough" phony bs made me follow up. Thats when i decided to check his website yesterday. Four months is plenty of time to build any Auto Dealer website. Especially after giving a developer $15k to start work. Apparently not in his case. So i email him today asking.. "wheres your $15k website? all i see is a picture with some cars" He replied back with typical John Kang profanity and high schoolish "im better then you" antics. Thats when he told us to look up "John Kang and Lamborghini" to see how important he is. Well. I did look him up. What a mistake on his part. To my amazement i find this thread http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=171815 that goes into detail about how much of a loser reject and scam artist he is. Not only was he caught AND FIRED, for selling counterfeit chinese clones of European made auto parts, but his name has been dragged in the mud for over 2years. Apparently, it is John Kang who "is'nt good enough" for the EuroTurner Community in America, Eisenmann GmbH, and Houston Lamborghini where supposedly he's been fired.. After months of reading emails from this guy, i can confirm without a doubt that the user "Zanzabar" who was banned is indeed John Kang. Same writing style, same words, same childish chinese "im VIP" BS. How this guy isnt in prison serving time for counterfeit Fraud is beyond me. John Kang is a chronic liar, with one big lie after the other. He has no million dollar car lot in houston. I'd advise anyone proceed with caution (12gauge) when buying anything from this bottom feeding vulture. It is my belief he is also involved in a eBay scam that involves high jacking other peoples auto-sales via 3rd party shadow selling. We were asked to help him expand his eBay venture by making it seem more 'legit' in the eyes of any future would be buyer, by making a website that would incorporate all this for him. Somethings fishy in chinatown, and it aint the fish. Last edited by mobilize; 10-17-2010 at 02:53 AM.. |

Many people is aware that Eisenhaus is selling imitation products of Eisenmann Germany. They are now operating under GThaus. I'm not sure if they are scam artist, but there business model is plain unethical.

I laughed heartily...
On a side note, there are such a thing as public and private e-mails... Like when you e-mail sales@bmwnuts.com, for example... That probably goes to a WHOLE lot of people at that domain. But when you e-mail bmwnut@yahoo.com, it probably goes to one person. Oh wait, I took this seriously... *facepalm*
