Tire Questions for New Setup

So I got some new wheels a couple of months ago, looking to get a set of tires for the summer. 19x9.5 +27 and 19x11.0 +12 are the size and offsets. I am only lowered on Eibach springs, and probably going to have to get some coilovers sooner or later. So my question, 265/35/19 f, and 295/30/19 r will it fit and not rub? Not a big fan of the stretch look, but if need be a little stretch is ok. Any feed back would be cool. Thanks!

With the offset being so low in the rear and a 295 tire on there, I suggest pulling the rear fenders a hair on the drivers side at 10 o'clock to 2 o'clock... And pretty much the same goes for the passenger side . Also negative camber will be an objective Aswell. It will all look oem and be sexy looking while not going towards the useless impractical stretch tire look.

Great thanks, I was thinking of pulling the rear fenders a bit. Figured I would have to do at least that.
