Eye Candy Upgrades For The E92!!!

I'm a new member on here. I don't own or plan on owning an e9X car yet, however I do drive a e34 M5. I have done a lot of Lotus work in the past and one of our old suppliers made these! Though you guys might like to see. It is all dry lay, pre-preg carbon. The quality is beyond anything I have seen in the states. Companies name is Benetec. I am no longer with the Lotus company, and am not trying to sell these parts. Just though you guys would enjoy seeing them.

Cheers,

Brian

Haven't seen the Amuse, but I can vouch for Benetec. They make a full carbon body for the Lotus that is completely original and damn near perfect. I wouldn't be surprised if Amused uses Benetec for their carbon work.

Cheers,

Brian

Are carbon doors supposed to have steel cross beams in them? If not, good luck if you get T boned.

So does the vented hood:

FWIW, Benetec's based in Japan just like Amuse/Ericsson...

It turns out Benetec makes all the carbon parts you see on Amuse cars.

http://benetec.kir.jp/

I don't know where Ericsson comes in, but I would assume they are getting their stuff from Benetec as well. Just like the seats are Recaro and the wheels BBS. Titan makes the exhaust. Typically companies like those build and tune cars, but don't actually make to many parts themselves.

Cheers,

Brian

Actually, Ericsson is the high-end division of Powerhouse Amuse. Amuse is known mainly for their titanium exhaust systems which they R&D and make in-house in Japan. The "R1 Titan" is just an exhaust name in their model lineup. However, everything else they have on their tuned-cars are just like what you said from other brands (suspension from Bilstein, Recaro seats, cf products from Benetec, etc.).

My bad. I do remember seeing something about that now that you mention it. Did not know about the R1 Titan exhaust though. I just know they use "Titan" systems on other cars as well.

I'd get the hood and boot lid. Would flow well with the CF roof. Forget about the doors.

In love with these/ericsson/amuse parts. But OMFG the price. Anyone know where if any of these parts (yes I love the hood too) will be available to alot less than the listed price?

the CF looks nice but the weave doesn't look like it would match too well with the roof. maybe its just my eyes though.
