I'd be surprised if you could get one under 1200/month. That is assuming an MSRP of 65k, cap cost of 60k, term of 36 months, 12k miles and a MF of .00285. That is $1250/month. It will be best to wait til they reduce the MF.

Come summertime, it will be more attractive to lease.

BMW swears people are going to take M3s at those rates.

Even the rich are price conscious now.

BMW made indeed lower money factors for leases, here's why.

BMW made it known early on that they didn't what to or wouldn't decrease residual factors for the upcoming cycle. They inflated residual factors for some cars over the last few years to capture market share. But if there is an upside to things there is a downside also. Inflating residual values means when manufacturers get the car back you could end up with to much in the car and take a loss selling it. There is never any such thing as a free lunch. Our country is getting ready to find that out over the next several years because of what Washington DC is doing to us and what the democrats are going to do to this country.

BMW is forcing M3 buyers to buy the car so the buyer is on the hook for what the car is worth when they get ready to sell it.
