Spacers

Does anyone know the maximum spacers you can put on the 19 inch stock wheels without any rubbing? Stock suspension and tires. Thanks

I think 18MM for the GTS wheels. I like 15MM myself. 18MM looks to bulldog up front to me.

I ran 12.5mm spacers on 220m's w/stock PZero's and rubbed slighly on big dips in the rear. Stock suspension and alignment.

I have 25mm in front and 15mm in the back dropped on KW Clubsport with -2.3 camber on the front and -2.1 in the back with no rubbing except for that slight rub on the front wheel well on full lock.

Everything being stock you can go 18mm front and 12mm back maybe even 15mm. Talking 220m wheels of course.

Not with the stock ones... only with my OZ Ultraleggeras but they have the same size and offset as the stock 220m in the front and only have 6mm more offset in the back due to it being a 10x19 ET23 which would make it equivalent to using a 18mm spacer in the back for a stock 220m rear wheel... with that you´ll get a slight rub in the inner liner... which I dremeled away so no more rub.

My car in the first pic is the one on the left and has the aforementioned 25mm spacers in the front and 12mm in the rear (the equivalent to a 18mm on a stock wheel)

12/15mm combo is the most popular, we have a ongoing thread listed here with various fitments and images:

DIY installation steps are in the link as well. Let me know if you have any questions.

I thought I read that BMW actually uses spaces on one of there SUVs or something.

That said, if you have vibrations or alignment issues, I would take them off before going in.

I am running 12mm all around w/no rubbing issues at all. IMO, 12mm looks great in the back; however, a bit lacking in the front. With that being said, I am moving to 15mm up front as others had suggested. PM me if you will be in the market for a set of slightly used 12mm (800 miles) when my 15mm spacers come in.

I had a wheel bearing fail at 4K miles....I asked my SA..Do you think this could be b/c of the spacers? ..he said, spacers?...what spacers? I dont see any spacers..

Cant stress how important it is to have a "cool" SA

Quick question about spacers. A friend is selling his Concept one RS22 wheels off his 335i 20x8.5 and 20x10 offset is 35mm (f)/40 mm(r). if I get 20 mm bolt on spacers will it fit a 11 E92 M3?

if you get 15s you can run a foot wide spacer and no rubbing.
