M3 incentives???
Hi all! Don\'t mean to sound like a cheap ass but does BMW offer any better incentives on the M3 besides the current $1000 mission to drive incentive? I\'ll be looking to order one in March/April. Don\'t know if I should take advantage of the current offer now or take a chance on something better in the spring. Any thoughts?

Make sure you get your slot before the production ends in june. If i were you i would order asap since there might be a last minute rush since this will be last v8 application for an m3.
As far as deals go, this seems to be the best i have seen. If you are an existing bw customer you can also take advantage of loyalty cash or financing in addtion to mission to drive cash. |

What part of Louisiana are you in? Which dealer? I got a pretty good deal at Peake in NO as a multiple return customer. If you don't care about a relationship with your local dealer, try one of the dealers on the forum. They can likely give you a better deal and set up a Performance Center Delivery which is a great experience...

I'm in Metairie. I went to Peake and sat down with a CA but we've been going back and forth. The monthly note dropping a little each time but I don't want to play the game. I thought i could get into a lease for around $750 with 5k down on $66875(MSRP of $71,425) 36mo/10k but, without the loyalty, it doesn't look like it's going to happen. Best price i got was from Ryan Amico at $791 inc. tax but that was factoring in the $1000 mission incentive. Best price from Peake was $806 or $826 (I forget the actual figure). I don't quite understand how the monthly $ is where it is when every lease calculator I've used puts it in the high $6xx without taxes.

Peake will never get as low as Ryan or David! I got pretty close but this was my 5th BMW from Peake so that helped...

Since you mentioned that you are down paying 5k I think it is wise to go with MSD route with 0 down pay. |

With a lease, I rarely put any money down and, if I do, it is jut for fees. In the end, you always pay the exact same total amount regardless of how much you put down. Now, if you go with MSDs, they you reduce your 'rent' charge and you save money overall and get your MSDs back. However, here is where you can get into the argument about whether you would benefit more from putting money towards thes MSDs or investing that money, but that is an argument for another thread. |

Thanks! So, you guys are saying if i put down "multiple MSD's" instead of a "down payment"; my monthly payment will be the same AND i get the MSD's back at the end of the lease?
