Here are a few photoshops. I would recommend leaving the hood vents and side gills alone. It just seems to look too forced to be something else. Make them black like the front kidneys. Bronze wheels would be the t!ts. Throw some red Brembos behind them and you have a winner. The shop of bronze didn't come out great because those wheels weren't metallic but they would look amazing.
