ZCP is slightly higher than Eibachs. You wont notice anything

I love KW coilovers, also thought about Ohlins for my M3, both are great
but no matter how the setting is done, coilovers will always be more stiff than spring setup. Obviously there's always +/- to every setup

I had 359M rims and wanted a subtle, yet nice looking and riding setup for my M3
went Eibach springs (a bit softer than H&R). Swift springs are also good product to consider if you want to go springs

If you want a slightly more aggresive lowering, go Swift.
If you want more stiff ride, go H&R
If you want a subtle lowering with almost stock ride, go Eibach

My setup is Eibach pro kit + 15mm/12mmspacers + OEM 359M rims/Conti tires
hope this helps!
Take your front plate off!
Ashbc.....KW HAS kit is pretty legit for the E92 and you can retain EDC. I've never tracked it but it feels nice and stiff. I rarely use the comfort setting anymore though. I feel it's now useless.

The ride on them is smooth, because you're still using the stock suspension...minus the springs. The new bumpstops that come as part of the kit help with the travel comfort as well.
Are you fully turned down on front and rear?

I'm resisting the urge to make a "turn down for what" joke.

Also, fully down in front, about 3 threads left in the rear.

haha by all means.

Wondering if there is a way to lower the front a little more by modifying bump stops? Or another part. Unfortunately my suspension knowledge is far from 'vast' lol

Looks phenomenal by the way. KW H.A.S and F14's is the route I wish to embark on.

I agree with this. RE-11 tires made a huge difference with my car. Start with good sticky tires then go from there..

I agree, PS2 are absolutely garbage on the track. I chunked my fronts in one 20 minute session. Since I've switched to RE-71R and have not had any issues running the same suspension setup.

Why do you favor them over the Eibachs?

i had HR springs for two years with EDC it rode well, but over time (25k miles) the shocks began to sag, and the ride became really shitty... now im on ohlins Coilovers and i wish i would have gone this route from the start, not to mention the car is on rails...

ohlins coilovers with GC camber plates... smartmove.

I think stiffer springs, especially ones that lower, will cause the stock shocks to fail sooner. The stock shocks really are not up to damping much higher spring rates and reducing their travel does not help.

I did all the tricks like E36M3 bump stops and cut upper mounts on the original shocks and ran them with H&R springs for a couple of years. This year, I got a set of used Bilstein B8 shocks very cheap and they made a big difference. I definitely think the originals were well worn at 7 years and 65k miles.

Coilovers are the best, assuming you are buying good ones. I just don't need them for my street use. I am not a slammer. My purpose would be to run more spring rate without killing the ride quality. Maybe one day, but I am happy for now with the improvements I got for a few hundred dollars $200 for used springs and $200 for used Bilstein shocks and struts).

I have the B&G springs with 12.5mm rear , 15mm front spacers. I also have Potenza S-04s (255/40, 265/40), and ran this setup on the track for 2 track days (total of about 6 20 min sessions). The ride was a little firmer than OEM, but never harsh, and gave me great all around feel of the car and the road. I only drive this car on the weekends, and I still get a comfortable ride from this setup.

I believe B&G is also the supplier for the Dinan springs which I have. I'm very happy with the Dinan Stage 1 set-up which includes the springs and the supplemental ride kit (maintains suspension travel). In comfort mode the car is more comfortable than stock and yet for spirited driving, it is significantly better. I did not consider coil overs because I wanted to retain EDC function.

Do you have pics? How much drop did you get over stock?
