Heidfeld interested in future DTM drive with BMW?

German F1 racer Nick Heidfeld, we all know from the Williams F1 and now Sauber, has used the words 'interesting' to describe the notion of re-joining forces with BMW, but this time behind the wheel of a future DTM racer.

Heidfeld admits that his career in F1 is not yet over, but he tells Auto Bild that he likes the idea of working with BMW again in the DTM realm. Heidfeld was after all BMWs top driver from 2006-2009. Considering that he is having trouble finding a seat for the coming years, this doesn't seem that far fetched an idea...

If McLaren hired Nick instead of Kimi like they should have done (bad Ron, bad!), he would be 2 time WC by now...
