Quite a bit of info there detailing multiple experiences with different setups. Fwiw, I rubbed using 15/12 front/rear spacers on 255/275 PS AS+ tires on 220's, stock suspension (not ZCP). Had issues at full lock on front and full compression on the rears. Switched to 12/5 and have not had a problem ever since.

Edit: Stock alignment as well

FWIW, I rubbed in the rear under full compression with 12.5mm spacers, PZero's on 220's, stock tire sizes/suspension/alignment. With 275's, you may rub with even a 10mm in the back...under full compression. 10-12mm up front should be fine. Tire brand and alignment are part of the equation.
nchan50's setup is a safe bet.

I ran 15mm front/12mm rear (..Turner Motorsport and Macht Schnell) on my most recent ZCP M3 lowered on H&R race springs and had no issues whatsoever. I ran both 19" BBS LM's and the 19" OEM ZCP's with that set-up; both on OEM Michelin PS2's.

I always suggest to measure the clearance physically.
