Potentially Selling my M3 Sedan
Decided that I want to do a kitchen upgrade in my house sooner then later and was thinking of downgrading for now to a 335 xdrive. I have a 2011 M3 fully loaded with every option and is a CPO (Warranty can be transferred with a $200 fee.) and the extended maintenance pkg with both good until 2/1/2017. Has 58K miles with the following options:
Competition Package with Competition Wheels Premium Audio Navigation with 2015 maps Space Grey Metallic with full Black leather and Carbon Fiber interior Dinan DCT Tune M Performance Exhaust 3 year Tire and Wheel Warranty (Has about 30 months left) Cold Weather Package Rear Parking Sensors. How much should I look to ask for it as I rather sell it then trade it in as I know I will get more money. Here is a picture of it take about 2 weeks ago: |

I was thinking 43K would be reasonable to ask. A guy on the forums is offering 40k but since it has a CPO, maintenance, tire and wheel warranty, and those options I am looking for a good happy medium to not get ripped off but also not as crazy too high.

Probably $40-42k, mostly due to the miles. Also Sedans are less popular (for some reason- I like them). Warranty may help push it to the 42k end.
Doing a home reno, so I know the no M3 while I write large check to contractors blues. |

42k asking price is decent but dealers have the advantage on this "Walk Ins" and that is near what there asking price is. People will try to low ball you but I think if you want it sold ASAP then let it go for 39ish and it would be gone in no time but if you want to wait and not in a rush up the price and let them haggle you down on the price post for 44 and settle at 41-42 post on C.L and Auto trader sites. Tuff market here because 90% of us members have them already unless we are looking to flip ares to buy yours.....
