Buttonwillow 27CW 09.30.2012

A video from a track day with a rather unusal Buttonwillow configuration

^Thanks.

Nope. The audio was extracted from GoPro (mounted below the front bumper, it picks up the engine sound real good) and inserted into video from Contour cam.

Nice. I had to look at your pictures a few times to find the gopro. How did you like the 27cw setup?

Well, let's just say we would've rather run the originally-scheduled 13CW.

27CW is just too short, and doesn't include the Cotton Corners and the Bus Stop, so...

But, I'm glad to have run it and get that out of the way.

Fun to watch. Thanks for posting. What technique are you using to provoke the oversteer in that slow right-hander--lifting, then booting the throttle? Good car control.

That was awesome, looks like a ton of fun Still rocking your signature move (elbow on the window) but not nearly as much

Thanks. Just turn in towards the apex and get on the throttle. With '08 6MT, I used to do clutch-kick. Can't do clutch-kick with DCT obviously, but with lots of power on tap, just getting on the throttle while the steering wheel is turned induces oversteer.
