Akra Axle Back
So I recently got an Akra axle back installed on my E93. I love the look and there is absolutely no drone, except for 10 seconds on startup. I didn't think it was really that substantial sounding until I took the car in for service and they were testing it before I picked it up and heard the thing roar past the dealership. This morning, I parked in a parking garage and when the attendant took the car, it sounded insane in there. I could hear the thing for almost a block as I walked out of there.
For those who think the Akra has no bite, listen to it outside of your car! |

Arka sounds great, has a authoritative but sophisticated tone to them. A great match for our cars. Enjoy it

I recently got the akra slip-on as well. I love the sound, so does everyone else around. For some reason my slip-on sounds louder than my friends full evo. I got the carbon black tips on mine. Which ones did you get?

I got the regular brushed tips- car is Jerez Black so I thought that black tips would not look as good. IMHO, there is not an exhaust that looks even 1/10 as good.

I am also interested in the Akra. I just cannot decide between the carbon and the normal tips.
 Actually I think these are the best, but I don't where to get them. They are custom made most probably.  |
